Chevonne Rees began her real estate career in South Africa at just 18 years old. Together, she and Brian built what became the largest independent real estate office in their district, achieving a 50 per cent market share. Over time, they went on to own and operate multiple successful real estate businesses before making the move to Australia.

Since relocating to the Sunshine Coast over seven years ago, Chevonne has worked extensively across the hinterland region, with more than six and a half years dedicated to the Palmwoods area. Her deep local knowledge, results-driven approach, and strong community ties have earned her a reputation for excellence — reflected in her achievement of Premier Status within the Ray White Group for five consecutive years. She now leads Ray White Palmwoods as Principal.

Brian Rees brings over 25 years of senior corporate experience, having operated at an executive level in major companies. His strategic mindset, attention to detail, and strong commitment to client service have translated seamlessly into real estate, helping to support and strengthen the business.
