Looking for your next home?

We understand that securing a rental property can be competitive, so we’ve made our application process as simple as possible.

1. Find a Property

Keep an eye on our available properties online and register for inspection times.

Tip: Rental properties can move quickly, so attending an inspection as soon as possible is recommended.

2. Submit Your Application

Applications are submitted securely through 2Apply.

You can submit your application before viewing the property. This allows our team to commence processing your application sooner.

However, your application will not be presented to the property owner for consideration until you, or an authorised representative, have viewed the property and confirmed you wish to proceed.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

3. Complete Your Application

Please ensure all information provided is accurate and complete, including:

  • Applicant contact and identification details
  • Current and previous rental history
  • Employment and income information
  • Personal or rental references
  • Details of any pets
  • Any other information requested through 2Apply

You will be advised through 2Apply what supporting documents are required.

Please only provide the information and documents requested as part of the application process.

4. Application Assessment

Our leasing team will assess your application and may contact your nominated references or verify information provided.

Processing times can vary depending on how complete your application is and how quickly information can be verified.

Once you have viewed the property and confirmed you wish to proceed, your completed application can be presented to the owner for consideration.

5. If Your Application Is Approved

If your application is successful, we will contact you with the next steps, including the proposed tenancy agreement and payment requirements.

A tenancy is not secured simply because an application has been approved. The relevant tenancy documentation must be completed in accordance with Queensland legislation.

The maximum general tenancy bond is four weeks’ rent and is lodged with the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA).
