Routine inspections are an important part of managing your tenancy. They allow your Property Manager to check that the property is being well cared for and identify any maintenance issues before they become bigger problems.
At Ray White Palmwoods, routine inspections are generally conducted every 14-18 weeks, or up to four times per year.
You will receive an Entry Notice with at least 7 clear days’ notice before the inspection.
Owners are provided with a copy of the report, showing a combination of 360° images and still photos.
There is no need to do a major clean or make your home look like a display home. We simply ask that the property is reasonably clean, tidy and well cared for.
Regular cleaning and maintenance can help prevent damage and keep your home in good condition.
Please pay particular attention to:
If you have a pet at the property, please ensure it is restrained or secured during the inspection so your Property Manager can safely inspect the yard and outdoor areas and to reduce any risk of your pet going on an adventure away from the home.
Our Property Managers are not simply checking whether your home is clean. We are also looking for signs of damage, mould, leaks, pests, water issues or other maintenance concerns that may require attention.
If you notice a maintenance issue at any time, please report it to your Property Manager rather than waiting until the next routine inspection.
If you have any questions about your routine inspection or your responsibilities as a tenant, please contact your Property Manager.
